Manava Londhe is a Clinical Psychologist with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Mumbai University. She completed her postgraduate training with distinction in 2017 and has since been practising as a clinical psychologist in Mumbai and Thane. Her professional journey began at Jaslok Hospital, Mumbai, where she trained under senior psychiatrist Dr. Shamsah Sonawalla and developed a strong foundation in evidence-based psychological care. Manava is a trained hypnotherapist, CBT practitioner, and behavioural therapist, with a special focus on children, adolescents, and young adults. She follows a holistic, client-centred approach to therapy and is also a certified music therapist, integrating creative techniques when appropriate to support emotional expression, resilience, and long-term emotional well-being.

Manava is the founder of MANASVI, a growing mental health venture with clinics across Mumbai and Thane. At Manasvi, she leads and mentors a team of trained mental health professionals, ensuring ethical, compassionate, and high quality psychological services for individuals and families.

Siddhi is a counselling psychologist experienced in working with children, teenagers, and young adults. In her practice, she supports clients through emotional, behavioural, and developmental concerns using a mix of evidence-based approaches. Her work often includes CBT, REBT, play and art-based work, and skills-training that is tailored to each person's needs. She works extensively with concerns such as anxiety, self-esteem difficulties, ADHD, social skills challenges, emotional regulation, and adolescent developmental issues. She also conducts psychological assessments and creates detailed reports to help clients and families understand their strengths and areas of growth. Her services include individual therapy, parental guidance sessions, social skills training, and attention and concentration work for younger clients.

Siddhi's approach to therapy is practical and structured. She focuses on making sessions impactful by helping clients recognise patterns, build everyday coping skills, and learn tools they can apply outside the therapy room. She has also completed training in REBT, CBT-based work, counselling skills, and psychometric testing.
