How it started
During the pandemic, we observed the world around us crippled with fear of loneliness, extreme frustration, and the uncertainty of tomorrow. Conversations about mental health were happening everywhere, and yet, real accessible support remained out of reach for most people.
We felt there was a need to go beyond the conversation. To create an open platform where every individual, regardless of background or circumstance, could express themselves freely and receive genuine professional support.
Manasvi was born from that conviction. Started by Clinical Psychologist Manava Londhe, we have grown from a single practice to a team of dedicated therapists across four clinics in Mumbai and Thane. What has never changed is our core belief!
" Mental well-being is not a privilege, it is a right "
Our Values
Compassion First
Every client is met with warmth and empathy. Judgement has no place in our practice.
Accessible to All
Mental health support should be available to everyone. We work to eliminate barriers, both practical and social.
Safe Space
We provide a confidential, non-judgmental environment where individuals feel truly heard and supported.
Evidence-Based Care
Our therapists use proven, research-backed approaches — CBT, REBT, psychometric assessment, and more.
"We want to empower people with the tools and resources they need to lead fulfilling and balanced lives. Mental wellness is a fundamental right, and we're committed to making it a reality for everyone."

Siddhi
Counselling Psychologist
Masters in Clinical Mental Health Studies — University College, London
Bachelors in Psychology — City, University of London
Siddhi is a counselling psychologist experienced in working with children, teenagers, and young adults. In her practice, she supports clients through emotional, behavioural, and developmental concerns using a mix of evidence-based approaches. Her work often includes CBT, REBT, play and art-based work, and skills-training that is tailored to each person's needs. She works extensively with concerns such as anxiety, self-esteem difficulties, ADHD, social skills challenges, emotional regulation, and adolescent developmental issues. She also conducts psychological assessments and creates detailed reports to help clients and families understand their strengths and areas of growth.
Siddhi's approach to therapy is practical and structured. She focuses on making sessions impactful by helping clients recognise patterns, build everyday coping skills, and learn tools they can apply outside the therapy room. She has also completed training in REBT, CBT-based work, counselling skills, and psychometric testing.
