Do I really need therapy?
Therapy isn't just for crisis. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just want to understand yourself better, therapy can help. It provides a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and feelings.
Is my information confidential?
Absolutely. Confidentiality is the cornerstone of therapy. Everything you share remains between you and your therapist, with very few legal exceptions (like harm to self or others).
What happens in the first session?
The first session is about getting to know you. We'll discuss what brought you here, your background, and your goals. It's also a chance for you to see if you feel comfortable with the therapist.
How long does each session last?
Standard individual therapy sessions typically last 45 to 50 minutes. This provides enough time to dive deep into issues while keeping the process focused and productive.
Can I do therapy online?
Yes! We offer secure and compliant online sessions. Many clients find online therapy just as effective and more convenient than in-person visits.
